Return Policies

B.ON Exchange and Return Policy

Products purchased on the B.ON website that are identified with a defect or flaw must follow the rules below.

To make exchanges or returns of items purchased in the online store, the customer should contact Customer Service through our email address:
contact@bontechwear.com. Requests will be directed to our customer service team.

Exchange of defective or flawed products

In the event that the purchased product(s) are found to be defective, the customer will have the option to return or exchange these product(s).

On the website

You need to access the online store area in the footer menu under Customer Service. In this area, you can choose the option for returns or refunds, due to defective products.

Please note that when choosing the option to exchange, you have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to request exchanges for defective or flawed products.

If you choose the option to refund, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to initiate the return of the product. Upon receiving the product, your refund will be processed.
