B.ON Exchange and Return Policy
- All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes) within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition with original tickets attached and all packaging, unworn, unwashed, or be defective.
- Final Sale - Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason

On the website
You need to access the online store area in the footer menu under Customer Service. In this area, you can choose the option for returns due to defective products or withdrawal of purchase.
Please note that when choosing the option to exchange due to product defects, you have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to request exchanges for defective or flawed products.
If you choose the option to withdraw from the purchase, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of a product, and your money will be refunded within 24 hours of your request. Please note that refunds depend on your credit card timeframe. It can take up to 10 days for refunds to show in your account.
